レースへの復帰まで後少し。現在メインセール修理中の白石康次郎は、4日間をかけて、縫う作業や貼り付け作業、カーボンのパーツ作成などを行いました。
陸上のショアチーム、そしてセールメーカーのサポートのお陰で、2つに切れたセールを無事に繋ぎ合わせる事ができ、メインセールは後少しで修繕いたします。
現在はワイルドジャイブをした際に折れた、バテンの修復作業に取り掛かっています。

One step closer to be back in the race. Kojiro has spent the last four days on repairing his main sail.
Lots of work such as stitching, glueing, carbon making went into the process.
With advices of shore team and sail maker, Kojiro was able to stitch back the two parts of the main sail that was ripped open. Currently, he is working on battens that broke during the accident. A main sail has lots of details and each details need to be adapted for the repair of this main sail.
“If we can repair this and finish the round the world, it will be a victory!” Words of Kojiro SHIRAISHI yesterday.
