先日（2/14）に、日本セーリング連盟（JSAF）より、栄光賞を受賞しましたので、お知らせします。
栄光賞の内容≫
あなたは第9回「ヴァンデ・グローブ」に出場し、卓越した技術と旺盛な精神力をもって、アジア人初の完走という偉業を成し遂げられました。
このことは我国セーリング界の名誉高揚に大きく貢献されたものであります。
よってここにその栄誉を称え表彰いたします。

On February 14th, Kojiro received the Honorable Achievement Award from Vice-President Miwako Tomita of Japan Sailing Federation.
Honorable Achievement Award≫
Mr. Kojiro Shirai, you participated in the 9th Vendée Globe, and through great skill and tremendous mental strength, became the first Asian sailor to successfully complete the round-the-world race.
This historical achievement has brought great pride and prestige to our nation and our sailing community.
We bestow you upon this Honorable Achievement Award.
