昨日、メインセールを降ろすタイミングで、
Jamstecと協力して行っている、マイクロプラスチック採取活動を行いました。
南極に近い海域まで、マイクロプラスチックが流れ着いているのかは、
帰国してからの調査で分かります。
今後もレース中に、採取していきます。

■採取ポジション：S 40°42 / E 45°38
Yesterday, while hoisting the main sail down, I sampled the ocean for micro-plastic for the JAMSTEC (Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology)
We will see if there are micro-plastic in the Southern Oceans.
I will sample water as I go along.
